I got blinds off Charisma many years ago and because the quality of the hardware is so good I have been able to revamp them rather than replace the entire blinds. Charisma made new fabric strips for my verticals and re-covered my roller blinds and at a fraction of the price! All done in a few days too as they keep stocks of fabric on site. My windows now look amazing again and you wouldn’t know they weren’t new blinds! Thank you Charisma for your service and advice. Would just like to say thanks for excellent service, the blinds could not be faulted. I shall not hesitate to use your company again and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for blinds. I have used Charisma Blinds twice now, 12 years apart (although my blinds were still as good as new) and was very impressed by how nothing had changed. The staff were still as courteous as they were when their business was new. It is now a well established family business and these guys know exactly what they are doing. There is a huge range of quality fabrics and I was spoiled for choice! Charisma set a date to fit the blinds at a time to suit me and options were very flexible. I have used Charisma Blinds for over 20 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my blinds. I have found Charisma to work to a very high specification, their standards would compare much higher than other Blind companies. I have heard from friends and other people that they have been disappointed with either the finished job or the standard through using other blind companies which they have chosen, tales of unfinished jobs or shoddy workmanship seem to be quite common. When moving house I have always used Charisma for the simple reason I know that I will get a good quality job at a fair price. I have also had a full set of Blinds for my caravan in the Lake District which resulted in other people commenting and purchasing blinds from Charisma. Gill Evans |

I would like to say a big thank you for all your help in choosing blinds for my home. I did not have any idea what I wanted, but the man who came out to measure for a quote, talked me through what would suit, he asked questions like did I want to clean them? did I want black out? colours etc. What he would recommend for the conservatory, and making sure they suited the rest of the house. When he came back to fit, he was very polite, and cleaned up after fitting. I have recommended Charisma Blinds to my son who has just moved home Thank you again, Dawn. Moira and Dawn |
I recently had bi folding doors fitted to my family kitchen and ordered new vertical blinds for them and two other large windows. Just wanted to say how pleased I am with them. What a refreshing change! Not only are our blinds stunning, but the service was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. They came out at a time that suited and a week later we had exactly the blinds we wanted (and it didn’t cost the earth!). We have used Charisma Blinds on three seperate occassions and in total had had four blinds made. We ordered a blackout blind for our baby’s room and it did exactly what it says on the tin which was a relief!! The second time we used Charisma Blinds for our kitchen roller blinds, I explained the shade I wanted and when the two blinds arrived, I could not have been more pleased as they were specifically what I had asked for and once up, they were the finishing touch the room needed. I must also add that these were big blinds, over two meters in width and they were cut with expertise, completely precise. Finally, we needed a patterned bathroom blind. Seen as we had been totally satisfied with the others from this company I told Chris, one of the designers; that I trusted her and to surprise me. The result was unbelievable! She hadn’t even visited our property but had the artistic flair from what I’d told her to make us the perfect blind! This company offers an amazing product, fantastic service and a real knowledge of interior design. A very happy customer who will be returning! Thank you again! |
